We stayed for a long weekend and it won't be the last time we book.Everything that you need to make your holiday a good one.Good correspondence from Susan.
A very good experience had by all.Thank you
We have just returned from a 4 night break, on entering the Caravan everything looked lovely but a couple of niggles soon arose with the first being the main bathroom being dirty ( shower wasn't clean), radiator in there starting to go rusty and cobwebs.. Also Cobwebs in living room with floor edging not clean. The fire in the living room was unpredictable, sometimes working sometimes not! Not sure if freezer was working and we had a faulty boiler one day with no hot water. Don't get me wrong Susan the owner was lovely and we got the boiler sorted quickly the following day, I just think this Caravan is in need of a deep clean and with a couple of maintenance bits sorted out it could be perfect. On a plus note the Caravan is very well equipped and near the manor house/ swimming pool and Parking, although if your after privacy and peace and quiet then maybe not for you as it's very close and overlooked by other vans and gardening noise everyday by park staff.
The mobile home is in an ideal location near to Avon Beach and Mudeford Spit. Great place for a family vacation.
We travelled down to Sandhills holiday park for a short weekend break for Father's Day. The location is fantastic and you are only a short walk to the sea front. Both pools were heated, perfect for my young boys and the facilities seemed very adequate. Good communications with Susan (owner) and very prompt with answering any questions we had. The only down side, (very minimal) was that the park didn't offer free wifi and there weren't many plug sockets in the caravan (good idea to take an extension lead). Apart from that we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Great location. Lovely, clean and well equipped caravan. Clean, friendly and quiet site. Swimming pool excellent. Second bedroom small as you'd expect in a caravan and narrow beds... Fine for kids, but could be too narrow for adults. Perfect for a short break away. Five minutes walk from beach and Mudeford Quay. Great for families.
