This is such a lovely hotel - staff always really pleasant and helpful and food and facilities lovely. :)

I have been to this hotel a few times now and have never been disappointed with the service.

There is also a good bus service near to the hotel - taking you either to Cheltenham or Gloucester (the other way :)

Room Tip: nice rooms. Spacious, comfortable and clean.

Excellent service , room, and food, very friendly staff.
Wife’s first visit to Cheltenham and our first stay at the Cheltenham chase , made for a great weekend.
Will recommend to family and friends. Thank you Cheltenham Chase.

Staff were so attentive to our party of hens they really went out of their way to ensure we had the beat of memories Beauty treatments were on point and food was simply delishious. I would struggle to find any fault in this hotel

First time staying here on business and not overly impressed. The room wasn’t very clean at all. Sticky marks on the bedside tables, lots of hair and greasy marks in the bathtub and dirty floor. Air conditioning kept turning on and off for no reason. Something was running around in the eves of the roof in the night and that with the slamming doors of other guests meant a bad nights sleep. Not sure I’d recommend. Premier Inn 1 mile away is better in my opinion and half the price.

We liked everything about this hotel, locality, gym, pool and the great value of the 3 night deal with dinners and breakfasts! Plus all of the staff were friendly and helpful eg Julius.
Room 9 was quiet and suited us "oldies".
We have used quite a lot of Q hotels and this was one of the best.
