Gorgeous little boutique hotel, with large luxurious rooms. Very stylish. Amazing location in heart if old town, great for wandering around. Quasi shops and restaurants. Yet still only short drive to beach. Lovely welcoming staff. Nice young couple with lots of tips and advice.

My husband booked us three nights here and I was a little skeptical, however I was very pleasantly surprised. As a previous reviewer has said it feels more like a b&b rather than a hotel.

Our room was extremely nice, with a big modern bathroom and its own terrace.

The hotel is in the heart of the old town of Alcudia, behind the city walls - don't believe google maps when it says you can drive up to the front door, you can't its pedestrianised! Everything within the old town is walking distance and the owner's resturant recommendations are good places for supper.

We had a car and used the hotel as a base to explore the local area, you couldn't stay in the hotel all day as the communal areas are very small.

Breakfast was pleasant, if basic, in the central courtyard.

We spent 7 nights here late April/early May and were very impressed with it. With only 6 rooms it felt more like a top notch B & B than a hotel, which can often seem impersonal. Here, the owners were hospitable, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. We had the Cap de Pinar room with a juliet balcony overlooking the lovely courtyard and it was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean, had aircon, free wi-fi & tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, bread and home made marmalade (delicious), & freshly squeezed juice was just what we needed before a day's walking, and there were cold meats and cheeses if you wanted them, and a daily 'special'. The old walled town of Alcudia is delightful and has plentiful shops and restaurants in narrow traffic free streets. Free parking is just a short, level walk away. We will definitely return here and would highly recommend.

Walking around the charming narrow streets of Alcúdia, you find this hidden jewel placed there for us to enjoy the great hospitality provided by Toni and his team. This hotel is just great. Great decoration, great location, clean. It smells so good all over...When they took us to our room and opened the door, we could smell the sent of lavender. The breakfast is served by the owners, and that´s the reason why all the service is so personal. Fresh local pastries everyday, fresh pressed orange juice, delicious bread, etc.
Toni is such a nice host, always longing to help us with nice tips of where to go, what to do, etc.
My next time in Mallorca I would definitely stay there. I totally recommend this place.
Book you room and just enjoy this beauty.

Stayed for 4 nights over Easter in this small and very attractive hotel. Run by the owner's family we were made to feel very welcome. For us this was a family get together with our son and daughter in law.
The six rooms are all very nicely equipped with excellent bathrooms.
Breakfast is a leisurely affair with fresh juice prepared in the adjoining kitchen and daily homemade pastries, and usually served in the garden in the warmer months.
Parking is only available outside the town walls but this is only a short 300 metre walk.
There are several nice restaurants in the town, an easy walk if one does not wish to drive.
Personally I would breakfast to be available before 9 am but this would be my only criticism.

Room Tip: one room has an outdoor terrace - this would be worth requesting in the warmer months

Thanks to Antoni, his wife and all the staff for making our stay so good. The hotel and surrounding town are beautiful and peaceful (particularly in early April when we stayed). Our room was comfortable and homely, with a view of the courtyard, all of the communal spaces have original art on display and have been decorated in a style befitting the lovely traditional stone building. The breakfast was varied, with local delicacies, freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh coffee.
The hotel is right in the heart of old town and is well placed for restaurants and cafes, though Alcudia old town doesn't have many bars. It's possible to walk to Port Alcudia and other neighbouring resorts in less than half an hour. There is a bus stop near the hotel which links Alcudia to nearby local resorts, places of interest and to Palma, although we found that the timetables are mostly fictional.
This is an excellent hotel in every respect and even more so when the price is taken into consideration, highly recommended.

After searching the Port de Alcudia for a hotel room, without luck, we stopped for dinner and used the restaurant´s free WiFi to find a nearby room. We found Can Tem hotel, situated in Old Town Alcudia, and this reasonably-priced hotel was not far from the port. Finding the hotel on the net was easy, finding it within the Old Town was a challenge. The Old Town is car-free and parking is available outside the town´s stone walls. In fact, we were lucky enough to have a police escort show us the way to the nearest parking area.

A small discreet sign next to a large wooden door is the only "advertisement" Can Tem has to offer. Once inside, the reception area is BREATHTAKING! The friendly management allowed us to decide which of the two available rooms we would like to choose. Both were immaculate and decorated with superb taste. It was a tough decision, bu we took the upstairs room with the "Romeo and Juliet" inspired fake-balcony facing the courtyard.

We enjoyed our first day´s breakfast out on the courtyard before heading off for our hike on Cap de Pinar. It was no problem deciding to stay at Can Tem one more night so that we could relax after our hike and explore the Old Town.

We can highly recommend Can Tem hotel in Alcudia!

Room Tip: All the rooms in this hotel are individually decorated and are special in their own way. Two of the...
