“Superb cottage and lovely hosts....”
Reviewed 14 May 2014 for a stay in May 2014

Our weekend at Home Farm Cottage was a perfect solution whilst visiting our elderly Mum who lives nearby, she loved coming to the cottage and enjoying the peace and quiet and surrounding area.... Katie and Ben were so helpful when we needed them, but at no time did we feel intruded in our privacy..... We hope to return soon .... Thank-you

“Lovely - and absolutely immaculate!”
Reviewed 7 May 2014 for a stay in April 2014

I stayed for 3 nights for work rather than stay in a hotel. The cottage was absolutely immaculate and very comfortable. Owner Katie was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be looking to stay again the next time I'm in the area for a few days.

Me and my partner have just come back from Home Farm Cottage and stayed here for a long weekend. The cottage itself is small but perfect for a couple or a small family looking for a relaxing base to stay. The cottage was beautifully furnished and well equipped and the owners were extremely helpful. We had a wonderful nights sleep as it was so peaceful yet so close to nearby attractions if you wanted to get out and about. We visited Forepark reservoir which was a lovely day out & a great find! Would definately recommend to others & we would stay here again! Thank you for a lovely stay!

“Amazing accomodation & lovely location.”

Myself & a friend of mine stayed at the cottage for a weekend, and used it as a base, with which to go walking in the Peak District.

The cottage is a lovely place, very well decorated & maintained, with everything you could need for a stay. The owners were very friendly and most helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them.

The cottage is set just outside a small village, within easy reach of several local villages and bigger towns, easy to get to and move around the local area.

A lovely place that I would consider going back too.

“Perfect for Repton / Foremarke Hall Families”

We stayed for around a week from late August to early September 2013. Ben and Katie were very helpful indeed, especially given that we were new to the area. The immaculate cottage is in a beautiful semi-rural setting in close proximity to Bretby, Milton, Repton and Burton-on-Trent. Given it's location, it is perfect for Repton School and Foremarke Hall (Repton Preparatory School) families. Our children board there, which makes Home Farm Cottage perfect for short stays in the area. The cottage is small, but perfectly set up for couples or families. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already confirmed future bookings!

“Fantastic place”
Reviewed 21 August 2013 for a stay in August 2013

We stayed for one night for a trip to Donington Park and would definitely stay again when visiting this part of the world. The owners were very friendly and helpful when we booked and we had a warm welcome on arrival. Cottage is beautifully finished, immaculate and very comfortable with everything you could need in a really nice setting. The owners were also very accommodating about providing cot etc for our baby and even though we said we didn't need the optional breakfast there was a fab welcome pack with all the basics for breakfast and a much needed cup of tea and biscuits provided. Really handy to be able to book this sort of accommodation for short stays - if travelling with family beats a hotel hands down!
