We visited on a very breezy chilly evening and not many other hardy souls went upstairs to the outside area. It's covered and sheltered by pull down blinds but the wind still penetrates. Pity, as the food was very good, We had a generous portion of padron peppers, very tasty stuffed mushrooms, and a seafood and fish platter with sea bass, octopus, squid, shrimp, etc. All fresh and perfectly cooked, service was brisk and friendly, but we didn't linger over dessert or coffee as we were starting to shiver. Great view, but obscured by the polythene blinds which could do with wipe.
