We have eaten here a couple of times and though it is off the main road is well worth a visit, and always busy at week ends. It is in a great setting being in the grounds of the Chateau. The decor also very tasteful.
The meals and produce are good and varied also great value for money, wine and coffee included.
We took some friends on our last visit who were delighted with the whole experience.
The staff are attentive and friendly and try very hard to practice their English, though not giving the opportunity for you to practice your French.!!
The only complaint was the young Sommlier , who tried too hard to be efficient, looked very distainfull and tripped over my friends chair a couple of times and did not bother to apologise.

We have eaten here on a couple of occcasions and have never been disappointed. During the summer it is lovely to dine outside on the terrace. The staff are very attentive without being intrusive. It is the little things that make this special such as the waiters bringing out pashminas for the ladies once it starts to go cooler during the summer evenings. A definite for a special occasion.

We went here as a group of 16, and were treated like kings. Never have a had more polite and attentive service in a restaurant. Waiters were always there and went out of their way to accommodate us. The food was absolutely perfect, and the suggested wine pairings made the 7-course meal absolutely delightful. All this for less than 100 euros a person. If you're anywhere near, you need to go to this restaurant.

We have been eating at La Grange several times a year for 8 years now & I can honestly say we have not found anywhere else in France to compare with it for value for money & exceptional food quality. The menu changes with the seasons & every day there are daily specials - on this visit we had turbot with ceps which was sublime. The service is attentive but not obtrusive, Patrice the maitre d' is extremely professional & charming - offering those little extra touches to the regular clients which keeps us coming back for more. Pascal is a master chef & runs an impeccable kitchen - the desserts are to die for & I personally adore the veloutes & all the fish dishes. Normally I would not eat fish so far inland, but you know the fish will always be fresh & cooked to perfection. We will keep coming back for more every year. Whether you eat outside on the terrace in the summer or inside by the fire in winter this place is a delight - Sunday lunch is a wonderful experience with everyone spilling out onto the lawns in the afternoon, or visiting the gallery or antique shop in the chateau.
