Bedroom plus points - loads of drawers, plus the wardrobe and a desk.... but the furniture looks a bit 70s and from some dated student accommodation. The bed was comfortable but was squashed between a wall and the bathroom with only one bedside table, and only one lamp! The room looks as if it is designed for use by one person only. Despite the bed area being squashed there was loads of space in the room - just in the wrong places. Service in the restaurant was very slow, both in the evening and at breakfast. There seemed to be a great shortage of staff. On the first night we waited an hour before dinner started to be served, and service continued to be slow. Breakfast was very nice but both mornings we had to queue while tables were being prepared, this despite the hotel being a lot emptier on the second day. The communal/lounge areas look a lot nicer than the bedrooms with modern furniture. However the tantalising coffee machines around only seem to be available during weekdays, although the machines are left out. The overall impression is of this hotel being used as a venue for training etc (during weekdays), and residence for individuals attending these events..
