We spend a week at this lovely agritourismo and I have to say: all great!
The owners / the family is lovely, the food is great, the way the guest have dinner jointly is perfect. Interestingly the guest are all nice, friendly, interesting and open - plus a nice international mix. Unique!
The five course dinner is just great - all very fresh. What's growing in the family's garden ends on your plate - super fresh!
The rooms are good. Nothing special but nice, clean, new.
The location invites to jogging In the morning, the location is ideal for trips to cities, sites and beaches. You need a car!

Overall I would 100% recommend this lovely place!

Michela and her family are really wonderful. From the moment you arrive they go out of their way to make you feel at home. And indeed I felt like I was staying with relatives. They are so warm and kind. The agriturismo is situated near some of the most beautiful unspoiled beaches in Italy , and has a lovely vegetable garden, vineyard and orchard (which Gesuina graciously showed us). Our room was simple, very clean and even had a refrigerator. The bathroom was modern and the shower had good water pressure. The breakfast was really good and varied, and included wonderful homemade jams and cakes and freshly pressed juices. Antonello saw to making the dinner served at the long table a wonderful experience. The liquours and wine he produces are delightful and the food cooked by Michela and Gesuina was fresh, seasonal and copious. I am especially grateful to Michela's children for making our 10 year-old son so welcome.

Our British reserve melted away when we were greeted by Michela at Villa degli Ulivi. The warm hospitality continued throughout our stay, particularly in the evenings when Michela's husband and father joined us for dinner and we enjoyed plate after plate of delicious home-cooked food, not to mention the free-flowing homemade wine. Looking at the other reviews, this is always how it is here, no matter where you're from.

We have stayed in many agriturismos in Sardinia, and this is definitely one of the best. The hospitality we received from the entire family was fantastic, it felt like be on holiday at a friend's house. They were incredibly welcoming to our children, the rooms were lovely and the food pretty good too. Definitely Sardinian hospitality at its' best.

What a wonderful experience. Rarely have I met a more hospitable, friendly and genuine family. We came home 3 weeks ago and haven't stopped talking about the great food and friendship we found at Villa degli Ulivi. It was wonderful to sit around a long table, shared with our hosts and however many guests were there at the time. The food was amazing - local, fresh and delicious. We tried the excellent local wine and shared stories about the area and where we should go the following day. This agriturismo displays the best of hospitality. Thank you to the whole family who contributed to our holiday - we've promised ourselves a return to Sardinia and particularly to Villa degli Ulivi.

We stayed at Villa degli Ulivi for two nights and regretted not staying longer. The rooms are large and very clean, with a large modern bathroom (but no hairdryer). The windows have flyscreens, so the absence of airconditioning was not a problem.
The evenings at Villa degli Ulivi were very pleasant, we enjoyed amazing dinners with the other guests who came from Northern Italy and Sicily and the hospitality of Michela and her husband Pino and her lovely parents Gesuina and Antonello.
The dinners are lengthy affairs, with the guests sitting at a long table in the main house. We had four or five courses each night, all home made from local produce. Gesuina's culurgiones (ravioli type pasta filled with three cheeses, potato and mint) are the best in Sardinia!

The Villa degli Ulivi was just the kind of Sardinian agriturismo experience that we were looking for when we initially made our travel plans. The hospitality is incredible, the food is great, and the location is perfect for exploring the beaches of the Sinis Peninsula and taking day trips to other towns (like Bosa) and visiting cultural/archaeological sites. During our 4-night stay, delicious, family-style, homemade dinners with Michela, her husband Pino, father Antonio and mother Gesuina were 2+ hour affairs starting with several antipasti dishes followed by a pasta course and then a grilled meat with vegetable course finishing up with a dolci. All this was accompanied by homemade wines and liqueurs (lemoncello, myrto, or acquavit). The guest units are well appointed and bathrooms beautifully tiled.
