Super value, excellent meals and super service made our day. Nothing too much trouble we were made to feel very much at home.We will return without a doubt. Thank you again!

We had a meal here last week. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and made both us, and the dog comfortable. The Lancaster Blonde cask ale was well kept, and pleasing. My husband had the game pie, and I had roast duck. Both meals were served with fresh seasonal vegetables. All was excellent, and the bill was smaller than expected! Thank you.

Popped in after searching pubs near us on google maps. Walked in to a lovely warm welcome from the nice lady behind the bar and all customers. Was made to feel at home straight away. We sat down and had a fantastic meal with dishes from the specials board. It was brilliant tasty food and reasonably priced. If your in the area and want some good pub grub we would highly recommend.

Had a most lovely lunch, some of our group had the roast beef, I had mushroom stroganoff and they come highly recommended.
