“Great Experiance...”
Reviewed 27 August 2013

Well worth the trip....see the elephants in the river being washed and feed them if you wish. Watch the elephants play football and carry out various tricks....but do not miss them painting on canvas they are brilliant and the paintings can be purchased for about £35. Have your photo taken with the elephants trunk wrapped around you. Then walk around the camp or take a ride.....not to be missed

“Great way to spend half a day”
Reviewed 21 August 2013

About 1 hour 10 mins drive from our hotel in central Chiangmai, the elephant treking was a brilliant experience. The handlers will even let you "drive" the elephant you're riding, sitting directly on the elephants neck, with your legs behind his ears.
The elephants appear to be well looked after and love being fed bananas and sugar cane.
Great experience whether you choose to visit this attraction or one of the many others in and around Chiangmai.

“Elephant Trekking - Brilliant”
Reviewed 27 January 2009

Booked this tour the Elephant Trekking and Bamboo Rafting.

This visit to the Elephant Training Camp is a brilliant half day.
From start to finnish, starting when you arrive and cross the river on the rope bridge, feeding the elephants whilst everybody arrives. Then watching the elephants in the river with their bathing antics, followed by 'The Show' which is excellent.

The highlight of course is the Trekking on the elephants and having done elephant rides in India, I found this one to be best ever, you feel quite safe and the coming back is fantastic !

THis has been the very best part of a fantastic 3 week holiday to Thailand, well worth it. I didnt want to leave the elephant camp and cannot wait to go back again another day!

Good for all ages, and children would love this !

Northern Thailand is very beautiful too!
