“Does what it says on the tin!”
Reviewed 11 June 2012

We stayed here whilst attending the triathlon at Blenheim Palace. Tremendous value for money, particularly after we looked at a hotel in Woodstock which was £200 more! (although I know thats comparing apples with pears). But for what we wanted it was perfect, extremely clean and comfortable with a huge (I guess 6' wide) double bed. I only wish my own house was decorated to such a high standard. None of the little niggles people seem to have with b&b's, everything worked perfectly, no problems with the en-suite or anything. Breakfast was also fine. Very handy for the palace, we would definitely return

Room Tip: Important to know that you cannot leave your car there on the day you check out as they need the spa...

Stayed for three nights. Bedroom small and cosy and had everything you would expect. Nicely decorated. Breakfast was fine. Great to be close to Blenheim Palace.Churchill's grave is in the church yard across the road. This is a good base for visiting Oxford and Woodstock.

We had a lovely room and the owner was very friendly and helpful. She gave us a few choices on where to eat that night which we followed and had a great time. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

I stayed here during the October half term and was very impressed with this B&B, the host was very helpful and informative about the area and was very friendly and approachable.

I stayed in the Blue room which was lovely, it had an ensuite with complimentary tea and coffee. It was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast in the morning was well cooked and very yummy!

For the service that you receive here, it is very reasonable.

I would definitely return :)

We stayed in the Blue Room, and really enjoyed our stay. It is a very pretty room and the photos on the web site do not do it justice. There is a little road noise, but not enough to disturb us. There was supposed to be free wifi, but could not receive it in our room or the downstairs tearoom. The room was very comfortable and it was nice to have a power shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was lovely and really set us up for the day. Overall this was a comfortable, value for money stay.

Room Tip: Smaller rooms are up 2 flights of stairs, might be a problem for older or disabled guests

Great room, very clean and decorated well, large bathroom and great Balcony.

Breakfast was great, best scrambled eggs I have had for a long time.

Sharon who was our host was brilliant. We would stay again and would recommend this too any one.

Plus it is opposite the church (St Martins) where Sir Winston Churchill and family are buried, which we walk too.
