Reviewed 18 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Good place to stay with all amenities, we had our grandchildren with us and
they had a super time . Enjoyed ourselves visiting the local area. Extra, was on suite for the boys room and ours. Kitchen had all amenities. Would do it again

“Wonderful get away from it all break”
Reviewed 24 April 2017 for a stay in April 2017

We had a wonderful stay at Ashley's House. Great location for seeing the sights of East Devon and for visiting Lyme Regis in West Dorset. Ashley's House is located in a peaceful setting with a lovely balcony to sit out and take in the surrounding views. I took my parents away for a short break, they enjoyed it so much they have already re booked for the end of May. Mike was very friendly and helpful, thank you for a really enjoyable stay.

“Everything we hoped for”
Reviewed 24 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Our stay in Ashley's House gave us everything we hoped for. The balcony was the perfect breakfast place to start our day, the views were lovely, the animals charming and they set the tone each morning. The house was well equipped, we had everything we needed. At the end of the day, the spa bath was just the ticket to relax those muscles before partaking of a drink or two on the balcony again.
The wifi worked well. We were never bothered by other visitors in other lets. Our dog was made welcome . The proprietors were helpful and friendly . Nobby was an added attraction.
This property is in a great location - close to places of interest but perfectly placed for peace.

“A delightful winter retreat”
Reviewed 3 February 2016 for a stay in November 2015

We have visited the last couple of winters. This provides an excellent winter retreat to re-energize. A delightful cottage with exceptional views across the estuary from the balcony with amazing sunrises. Plenty of wildlife to see including the ostrich outside!. Well equipped with everything you need. Jacuzzi bath a treat on a cold winter evening. Eco wood burner keeps the under floor heating an even temperature. Dog friendly and lots of good walks locally.

Nothing too much trouble for the owners who will accommodate your needs, just ask. Hopefully one day will visit in the summer months.

“Charming cottage with lovely views.”
Reviewed 8 August 2014 for a stay in July 2014

We had a very enjoyable stay in this character cottage. Sitting out on the decking having a meal or just taking in the view was a pleasure. The cottage had everything we needed including a helpful owner.
We particularly enjoyed a trip on the tram from Colyton to Seaton and nearby Beer was very pretty.
