We ate here yesterday and I still feel that I paid a lot of money for nothing... We had tagliatelle al pommodore, tomato salad and mista salad. The tomato salad was nothing more than 3 sliced tomatoes, we had to put olive oil, salt, vinegar etc ourselves (still they ask 120 baht). The pasta was even 200 baht and very tiny (something like 4 big bites), there was no sauce at all and the owner.was still surprised that we ate it that quickly.. The ambience is also not worth paying for. The tv was left turned on very loud, the owner was a cook and waiter and the same time, so ordering a second drink requires you to walk to the kitchen.. Sorry but it was one of the worst restaurants that we ate in during our 7 months trip through Asia!

se 140 grammi di tagliatelle fatte in casa vi sembrano poche e meglio che cerchiate un posto piu generoso ....grazie

I didn't read the reviews before, I ate the self-made Tagliatelle with milk creme and shrooms. As Desert we have chosen Tiramisu. Everything was very good! Thank you!

I always try gnocchi as a test of what an Italian chef ought to be able to make right and am usually sadly disappointed. Not so at this great little place! Coming from an Italian heritage I can say that Massimo (the owner-chef) rivals my mother in the soft delicacy of this simple but elegant dish, Had it with the gorgonzola sauce and it was terrific. Have been back a few times and have not been disappointed... home made tagliatelle and ravioli, one of the best bolagnese sauces ever and the lasagne is superb! Living in Phuket as I do I appreciate an authentic pasta fix and have found Talanuri to be the best around.

We had read the reviews and decided to give this a try. The place was empty but we wanted to eat somewhere other than Thai food. The owner came out and greeted us, can barely speak English but took our order. Everything was fresh and authentic. He makes his own pasta! The spinach ravioli was really tasty and my husband ordered the lasagna and loved it. If you can get past the language barrier, you will love it too! It is very slow but do worth it.
