The hotel is situated 150 meters from the beach. The pool area is really nice and clean and the atmosphere is calm.
The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and nice.
However, the breakfast could have been a bit better even though the selection of food was quite broad.

When I saw the pool and gardens I was impressed. The room looked nice but smelt damp. Breakfast was awful and I was pushed around by rude Chinese guests with no manners. The pool area was pleasant but unfortunately too full and guests who were very noisy. Never again...

We booked a bad hotel in Kamala Beach and when we changed hotels to Print Kamala it was such a relief and a huge improvement. We stayed in one of the garden villas and loved it. Close to the beach, drinks and food by the pool. The staff were great and the resort was very nice and clean. Would recommend - they saved our trip to Phuket

Do book a stay at this hotel! That is, if you do not care about grime and dirty towels, failing Wi-Fi in your room, disgusting food, poor-quality drinks, absolutely rock-bottom vaudevilles, and damp rooms that are riddled with mould.
The sole positive characteristic of this hotel is its location just 20 metres from the beach.
The conclusion can only be a resounding « Do stay away from this place! ».

Was quite a comfortable hotel. We stayed in a garden villa at the rear of the resort which was quite adequate and nice and quiet. A few early problems no tv/air con/power which were all rectified very promptly and did not really inconvenience us. Villas are at the rear of the property and a reasonably long but easy walk to the front reception/restaurant area.
Not a lot of people at the resort and the large pool was virtually empty. We noted a number of tourist buses each night but they did not bother us.
Kamala beach is a short walk across the road. A nice clean beach with plenty of little bars/cafes which were ideal to eat at.The massage girls immediately to your left were very good and courteous, along with the beach/chair attendants which kept you liquidised all day long.
Would stay again.

Room Tip: Main rooms are around the pool which may be noisy at times there also did not appear to be a lift available and if on the 3rd floor a lot of hard walk. We prefer the villas for their quiteness.
