“Don't stay here ever”
Reviewed 2 March 2016 for a stay in December 2015

We'll we booked this place thru their website, fantasy villa and a friend who lives in Kamala put deposit down for us. Before we arrived they kept texting us to pay balance all inclusive they said on email and text, we'll that wasn't to be. When we arrived they asked for 3000baht bond?? Ok so we gave them. When we left no bond back charged us electrify for 3 week stay......of coarse 3100baht about $120 aussie dollars not impressed. Also umbrellas are old, held up with a kitchen fork one of them. The other 2 were so old and rusty, sun lounges not enough for the amount of people there. The 2 new owners swim in the pool nearly all day and there Asian wife's do all the cleaning and laundry ..another family were not impressed either.. But there's more, they have many friends who stayed here and many women of the night frequent this place, we tried to keep to ourselves and tried to enjoy our holiday ,if we left they we're going to keep 30% of our money . We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment so damn hot airconditioner old doesn't cut out when temp reached needs re gassing .. Also the up keep of these apartments are shocking . Wardrobe doors broken and bedside drawers, hardly any utensils, sink tap tripped constantly whole time and toaster broke twice ....not an enjoyable stay and we did let them know this when we left NEVER to return.

Thank you for staying in our wonderful place where 99% of the customers are happy.

I agree, sometimes, some guests are a real pain in the A$$. It is hard to satisfy all customers needs. And not all guests read our information before they arrive.
All guests in our places pays electricity, but some customer don´t get it.. We charge exactly what it costs us, for example, 3 weeks cost around 3100 baht, that is around 6 AUS dollar per day. It is
hard to get some of our customer understand that before they arrive, since we been in business 9 years, and sent out around 10.000 emails with the same information to all guests. In our website which is open 24h all day in the week, except wednesdays. We also states what the electricity cost is, and that is always on top of the rent.

When someone book a house thru our website, they have to accept our rental agreement, inside there is also information about the electricity cost.

Strange that you missed this information in our emails, on the website and in the agreement.

By the way, when you checked in, there was also information about the electricity, you signed the contract when checked in to the apartment. That paper is signed by you, that you accept the
rules about electricity.

I totally agree that it is horrible that Asian (Thai) guests stay at the place as well. I will tell the owner to ban them forever in this place, so next time you end up in Kamala, and passes the place, you will not see a single Thai girl near this place.
By the way, why are you travel to Thailand, if you don´t like Thai people?

Yes, it is true that the new owner stays at the place, they live there, but I will tell them NEVER to use the swimming pool again. Or, why should they not be able to swim?

We will also check why the air condition did not work when you where there, it worked before and working now. Strange...

But what is more strange is that, why you NOT told us about the problem, during your stay? Because we have a company in Kamala who fixes the aircondition within 2 hours, and we know how important it is with a aircondition who works. And since the owner stays at the place, it easy just to tell them about it.

Also, NO complain during your stay whatever, EXCEPT last day, when owner asked for electricity money. Strange...

But as always, all our guests are welcome back, we think everybody have same value, whether they are from Australia or Thailand. So hereby we invite you to stay with us again. But next time, you will know that we charge you for electricity, around 6 dollar per day.
Thank you for taking time to make an review and have a wonderful time.
