We stayed in this hotel for two nights. Location was not good, but it's ok. Nice staff, beautiful sea view , a lot of activitties and facilities, all let's us feel good. We had lots of fun and good memories there. IF it's possible, we will choose this hotel to stay on my next trip.

Stayed there for one night after attending a meeting in the nearby National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium. The Beach Club has rather good size compound to accommodate many guests and with many facilities for youngsters. There are many restaurants inside the club and the breakfast area offers excellent view of the shorelines. However, the room shows signs of aging and needs remodeling soon. One drawback of staying in this club is that it locates in a rather remote back road ares and one needs a car to get around Kenting resort area.

This family beach resort is located in the famous Kenting National Park in Pingtung. It is 10min drive to National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium. It consisted of 4 hotels: chocolate hotel, kids hotel, bike hotel, Yoho hotel. The place is big with 2 swimming pools. The kid’s pool with water slides was fun for kids and my kid spent over 2hr. The other pool is bigger with indoor and outdoor pool (a small lazy river) with 2 large slides. There is free parking and free strong wifi throughout the hotel area. Our room is very old, dark and not comfortable. The service was ok. The breakfast was no thrill but opened from 7am to 1pm. There is a beach area with corals to explore which is quite interesting. We saw many sea creatures including brittle starfish, crabs, etc. There is a kid indoor reading area which had many books. There are many kids activities in the hotel. The bad thing about this hotel is that it is very old and desperate need renovation.

Overall, we did enjoy our stay. Remember to bring a swimming cap or buy it in the hotel shops.

Our small family has been coming here for a few nights at least once a year since 2009. Not sure we'll be coming back. The place is starting to look very run down and tired.

Plus points:
-Our 8 year old loves the swimming pools and activities.
-Pretty good buffet dinner, decent quality food and very good staff in the restaurant.

Negative points:
-The beds in our room were the hardest, most uncomfortable I have ever slept in anywhere. It's almost unbelievable that a Landis hotel would use beds this bad.
-The swimming pool areas are in a poor state, cracked, rusty and faded. What was once the main attraction here appears to have been neglected over the years.

In summary; kids will love it, parents might not. If you'r looking for somewhere to stay in Kenting, there are far nicer hotels for the money.

Came here for 4 days in April 2017.

The place is in need of a modernisation and its a bit faded in places but the location friendly staff and theme park atmosphere free wifi and good air con make up for it.

The best part was the last breakfast - a clever idea - where breakfast is open till 13.00 - so you can take a long walk hire a bike or have a good lie in without rushing - it was very convenient.

We hired pedal bikes and hired the electric scooters to explore the local area and there is a marine park about 6 miles away. There is a shuttle into town for about £1.50 each way or a local bus into Kenting with a timetable on reception.

The only thing we didn't like was the requirement to wear a rubber cap if you go in the pools - probably reason they are quiet as they aren't too pristine looking either close up - nor did we like the repair man replacing the decking with poor tools and an electric fan right next to the pool - looked a bit dangerous - but if you can get past the initial faded charms and get a good price its a nice place for a few days - we came midweek so it was very quiet - it looks a great place for kids.

Room Tip: norms have sea views
