We stayed here for a week in off season and the hotel seemed rather empty during daytime wish was nice for us. The pool area is very nice, protected from the wind you get in off season and daily temperature for us nordic people was like a good summer at home. The spa was very nice, good selection of treatments. Bar meny for lunch was good, afternoon tea was good value and very pretty. I would stay away from the buffet restaurant (loud, not so great food and to much people). The Chinese restaurant in the hotel was good, we went here almost every night for dinner. We had a room with a jacuzzi and we brought back some snacks and drinks from the bar or a 7 Eleven which was close by enjoying ourselves in the small garden. I would agree with others that the hotel is in need of some interior updates but all in all we had a great and relaxing stay. Also I think the lonely hotel parrot needs a new friend.

Room Tip: Jacuzzi guest room poolside

Great location in Kenting. We arrived and were surprised that there was no VALET and had to walk to the rear of the parking lot to park prior to check in. The hotel rooms are TIRED and have an odd bathroom layout with smell of mildew or basement. The mattresses are low quality and they gave us 2 pillow per bed. The outdoor hot tub in the private garden room made the place manageable. The buffet was better than cafeteria food but the view was good. The grounds are TIRED and not well maintained and the pool deck is OLD with rotten boards. The hot tub was decent size but not HOT!!! The saving grace was the SPA!!! Great quality SPA at the hotel....

With a nice view over the ocean and a short walk to the beach this is a perfect restort hotell. Rooms are big and there are an excellent pool area where you both can swim and Children can play. It was appreciated that there is a Deep part of the pool 3m so you can dive. In the basement there is a big playing area with videogames and table tennis as a few examples. What can be improved is the food for western people There are hard cheese and bread in the breakfast buffe but very limited assortment. For dinner buffe it was very was limited chooice of western food. Also the the rooms should be refurbished soon since there are not i perfect condtion.

Room Tip: If you can get see view it is great

It's a little tired but overall I'd definitely recommend staying here. It's at the end of the high street within easy walking distance to all the stalls & bars (which are also stalls to be fair!) It has it's own walkway to a beach in a lovely bay complete with bar & toilets. The national park is 5 mins away on a scooter and well worth a visit. Breakfast is very crowded but the choices are vast, although I wouldn't recommend the cucumber juice...
There's also a large swimming pool complete with deep end & diving board should you wish to make a fool of yourself, I certainly did

The hotel looks much better in the pictures but it is ok.
The food is really good, for breakfast buffet the western options are not so much but good and enough, there is a lot of Asia food.
The dinner buffet is really good and you have a lot of different options.
The food in the bar also is delicious.
We did not like the barbecue terrace because you have to cook your food and the weather is very hot and there is a lot of Mosquitos.
The beach is beautiful and pool area is comfortable.
The play ground is big but I think needs some maintenance. The carpet is some area smells so bad and dirty , the toys in the small kitchen are so old and in bad conditions.
The reading section is very good.
The toilet for little girls are broken.
The rooms are very good and comfortable, my kids love the idea to see TV from the tube.
This hotel is ok for people that doesn't have to travel a long way to get it. We travel from Tokyo , at the final was to far.
