Individual hot pots. Menu is only Chinese but easy to work out. Wanted to go to Mongolian hot pot nearby but couldn't get a table. Luckily found this place.

They immediately bring you the basic set of ingredients in a basket (veggies, enoki, fish cake, khumbu seaweed, raw egg, etc) then you order your raw meat or seafood and choice of noodles and a special sauce. They bring the plain soup but you can add on a flavour for extra like I did: Tom yum.

There is a area to get your free flow drinks and mix your own sauces.
Our meat choice was pork and beef at about 260 each. It was tender and tasty.

Cost was under 600 for us both. Great value and good simple fun.

Another restaurant that gave me a wow factor, everyone is entitle to their own individual hot pot. The price of the hot pot is very cheap, we have ordered a duck, pork and chicken, serving is fast and you are able to choose between different type of noodles or rice and sauces. Free lemon grass green tea is available free flow, meat is fresh and ingredients chosen is good. Staff is friendly but she did not topped up my soup as she is busy, however the soup is just nice to cook all the ingredients at middle fire range. The restaurant is cozy and there are quite a crowd during the lunch hour. Highly recommended to try out this restaurant as it is just opposite of the Kaohsiung 85 sky tower, you can have your lunch and went for the tour of 85 after that.

We went for early dinner from Key West , Miami , we are Taiwanese if course love to enjoy this style of hot pot , finally found this one online so gave them a try , wow , excellent fresh meat and veggies and all kind of hot pot food , it's couldn't been better than others , unfortunately Boca Raton is the only one in USA , I hope they will open one in Orlando area .

After choosing my soup, I was able to take different salad greens from the conveyor belt that I wanted cooked in my soup. The buffet has a very limited, but decent choices of meats, fish, and seafood to take for cooking. This would be awesome with more choices. There is also a sauce bar for dipping after cooking. The ambiance is clean, private, beautiful, and a pleasure to eat here!
