This place is a very nice restaurant with a wonderful view of Kaoshiung`s port and nearby hills. The food is very good, of course Taiwanese and CHinese, service is good, did not have other than tea so cannot comment on wines (we were ther for a business lunch). Overall, a place to go if you are in Kaoshiung. The best food we had was a kind of pasta dumpling, served at the very beginning as an entreè (cannot remember its name, still it was more of a bignè rather tha a steam dumpling, the pasta was dry and it was ove-cooked).
