Having to visit the area on an unhappy occastion we chose the Chedgrave for it location to our family in the next village.
We had an excellent stay at the Chedgrave, great hosts, fantastic homely and comfortable room on the first floor at the front. They supply tea and coffee making facilities and restock with no problem on request. TV in the room is fully tuned to freeview. Large bathroom with everything you could want provided. The room also had an iron and believe it or not a first aid kit.
Breakfast is excellent, had full English and a good supply of toast on request.
Car park is at the back complete with chickens and geese.
On the evenings we used the Kings Head do not get the steak and kidney puddings unless you have a big appitite, Excellent food and service.
Overall an enjoyable stay and we will most certainly go back.More
