Very nice, although at the end there is not really much good restaurants. The views were great and its is worth the effort and the money.

We didn't stay too long at the end of the gondola ride. There's still not really too much to do once you're there, and little to keep the interest of young children. The gondola ride is the best part of the trip and you also get the best views.

We took the gondola up for some nice views of the city and to walk around the tea plantation area. I was quite surprised at the amount of greenery so close to the city. We took the #15 bus back to the Zoo station

We spent five days in Taipei, but only had one day of sun. We spent this day taking the cable car up Maokong Mountain. Not only do you get spectacular views, if you wander into the right tea place, you can get a great education on the different kinds of tea that are grown in Taiwan.

Simply put, you have an amazing chance to take in the sights of Taipei. You're not super high up, but it offers you a chance to enjoy the lush mountainside as well as the sprawling city.
