A very nice hotel in west county Dublin. Near M3 and M50 motorways. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable as was the bed. The staff were very friendly and efficient, thoroughly recommend this hotel

Room Tip: ask for a king suite

A first class , comfortable , friendly hotel directly across the road from the shopping centre. Surprisingly the Marks and Spencer's and the Debenhams are tiny and pretty useless.
The staff couldn't be more helpful and the rooms are great.
I stay in quite a few Crown Plazas when I travel and this is definitely one of the best .
The food in the bar is great . I can recommend the Irish stew !
As with most hotels the bedroom was too hot and the aircon wouldn't go below a certain temp . Why are all hotel rooms boiling?
I can't add a lot to what others have already said but I would like to pass my thanks on to the management and staff for the great job they do.

Wow. Loved this Hotel. So welcoming & personal from the minute you step inside. Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble, especially check in & restaurant (breakfast)
staff. Loved every minute.

Location is great also, very close to everything and great restaurants nearby.

Looking forward to going back.

Stayed for one night in a family room - 2 adults, 2 kids (one in a cot). The hotel is easy to access from main arterial routes, with ample free parking. All public areas are spotless and fresh as are the rooms. The bedrooms are not particularly generous in size but are well equipped and surprisingly quiet considering how busy the road they overlook is. The bar is very family friendly to eat in and seems popular with residents and non-residents alike. Food is standard pub grub fare reasonably priced by hotel standards and of good quality. Breakfast is served in the restaurant which is a pleasant room and there is a good variety of items available, although light on child friendly cereals for a hotel that promotes its family friendliness. I can see its appeal to business travellers - a lot of whom would find the location ideal, but it is also good for families wanting to go to the zoo, National Aquatic Centre, Tayto Park etc as its an easy drive to the city centre but also handy for roads leading you out of Dublin. This is not the hotel for you if you want to be in the heart of Dublin or if you like your hotels quirky, individual or atmospheric. However, if you want a good 4 star standard of accommodation, reasonably priced, with easy access to shops, restaurants and main roads then I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4 - we booked a family room as we have 2 x 8 year olds. We have stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Northwood (nr airport) very successfully in the past and wanted to give this hotel a go as our kids wanted to see Dublin Zoo. A really excellent experience - very handy free parking, very genuine friendly staff, room was spotlessly clean and quiet despite being right beside the N3 arterial route. We ate in the very excellent Italian restaurant and our kids loved the pizza making experience. Breakfasts were very good ... and very well organised. Excellent bar and reception area complete with Bubble & Squeak which our kids absolutely adored (you'll understand when you get there!). Hotel is right beside a huge Shopping centre with every need catered for. Really hard to fault - clearly this doesn't happen by magic, but by good management, which is obvious to see at the CP Blanchardstown - there are so many 'little details' that they have got right that makes a huge difference - so as someone who is very picky - big thumbs up from me - we'll be back next time in Dublin.

We arrived a little early for check in and our room was already ready, which is great when travelling with children. Love the quirky parrots in reception and the theme continued into the bar and rooms. The interactive screen on the wall was brilliant for attactions and bus timetables. Unfortunately our mini bar didn't work, it was one of those cheeky sensor ones which are a disaster if you have small kids, as they love playing with all the miniatures. The bathroom was fantastic, seperate shower! Much better than the ones with the half screen that soak the bathroom each time it is used. The Santuary staff were attentive and had time for a little chat, whilst taking orders &/or meals. Would request one of the blue/green rooms next time as red affects my sleep a minor personal thing. Housekeeping were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was lovely, I would love to see more fresh fruit and definately go before the 0930 onwards rush to make breakfast before it finishes at 1000. There is even a pizza making class in the restaurant for the kids, unfortunately due to commitments we didn't get to utilise this but a wonderful idea. Well done.

Room Tip: you need to buzz reception to get up from the car park into the hotel certainly after 2030
