A beautiful home, with lovely gardens and first class service!
Immaculately clean, warm, comfortable beds with extra pillows and blankets (not that you'll need them!). TV's in the bedroom and a sunroom to sit and relax in.
Breakfast was incredible. Everything on offer from porridge, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit and juice, homemade brown bread, local honey, cooked Irish breakfast and pots of filtered coffee.
But it was the host that was the cherry on the cake! Ann was so welcoming and generous, ensuring all our requirements were met. This place is second to none!

As a solo traveller, it is a difficult to find affordable accommodations that are clean and comfortable. I felt very lucky to have landed at the Lynwood B&B. For 35EU I stayed in a very nice room with a new bed! The grounds were lovely and I especially appreciated the sunroom where you could sit and read. The hostess gave me a warm welcome, and the breakfast was perfect. This is truly a hidden gem! I will definetely stay there again.

From the moment you meet Ann + Brian you feel like you are family. If your Ireland travel plans include West Cork around the Ballydehob/Mizen Head area you would be well served by staying at the Lynwood B+B. Everything was perfect, topped only by your gracious hosts. Our room was immaculately cleaned, comfortably furnished and extremely well kept. The Irish must know the importance of a good breakfast as Ann served the best morning meal, in a superbly decorated dining room, one could hope to find anywhere in Ireland. The value was there and very much appreciated.

The breakfasts are perfection. Plenty of it and beautifully presented. The hosts will accommodate any request that you have within reason.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and immacutaly clean. All rooms are en-suite with clean towels. There is a tennis court for use by the guests and the village is delightful. Well worth staying here if you're in the area.
