“Booked through Groupon Deal.”
Reviewed 11 April 2012

As we had booked through Groupon's £49 one night B&B. It was Easter weekend so we didn't expect much for the price. What a surprise. The hotel was lovely, big bedroom and warm (weather was cold and wet) Champagne tea was excellent and a great breakfast. We had a good bar meal in the evening. Enjoyed our stay.
.

Room Tip: be careful as there is a disco and some room are very near.

My Husband booked this through a Groupon Deal,£49.00 for one night bed and breakfast, champagne, tea or coffee and a lovely selection of finger sandwiches and cakes on arrival, I wasn't excepting much for the price, but I couldn't have been more wrong.
What a charming hotel, staff were all friendly, excellent service, hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the food was amazing, will definitely be back.

Service from bar staff is excellent, they were very attentive.
Afternoon tea portions were very small, it was not filling or appealing when compared to other hotels.
Breakfast was very good, staff were prompt and polite.
The rooms were spacious, but at night the radiators were very noisy, kept going off every 30 mins, keeping me awake must of the night.
The only complaint is house keeping duties was not up to scratch, I could not believe my eyes, the cups were not washed after other guest using tea facilities, spoons and saucers were the same, dirty and filthy,.
I took all dirty, unwashed cups, spoons and saucers to reception to show her, she was apologetic, sure offered me tea from the bar, I declined.
I would stay in this hotel again, but I will make sure there are cleaner facilities to make tea/coffee in future.

Booked a two night stay in this hotel with a groupon package recently. The hotel it's self was slighted outdated however it was clean and staff were really friendly.

The highlight of the stay was the restaurant food, it was amazing couldn't fault it on either night! The service in the restaurants was excellent also.

I would just point out to any potential visitors that the location of the hotel isn't great, if you go off season there is very little to do in the locality. It's also not within walking distance to anywhere so it's taxis to the local town if you wish to have a drink. The hotel could benefit from some extra facilities, maybe a small spa or beauty salon to get a massage.

The staff were very friendly at all times and made the stay even better.

Got a great internet deal for the Hamlet Court Hotel and stayed last Sunday night 25th March.
The deal was bed/breakfast and champagne afternoon tea all for €59 for 2 people. It was lovely and the staff were exceptional, very friendly and could not do enough for you. The room was excellent and spotless. The deal did not include dinner but we decided to eat in the restaurant. The food was beautiful and served without any delay. It is a lovely quiet place and would love to go back again. Its 2km outside Enfield and would definately advise that it should be visited.

Room Tip: Rooms are on groud floor we stayed in room 109 which was excellent.

Great service here.. We got a dealrush deal here for 59 euro. Sharon didnt charge any extra for the two kids.. I was up a little late for breakfast and Emma and Sharon sorted it with the very accomodating chef. Food was nice on the Night.. What more could anyone need... Seemed to be a busy hotel so they must be doing something right.. Tim and Carina, Courtney and Dean..

No sleep due to nightclub that didn’t finish until 2:30 am. Bed sheets were badly stained and this was made worse by the fact that they were clearly hiding the stains with extra sheets. Horrible experience. Very bad smell in the hotel. Reception staff lovely which is a shame as state of the hotel lets their professionalism down. Worst hotel experience of my life. This hotel is marketed very well as pictures on website and brochure are not the same in reality.
