Wanted a hotel where we could park and stay and this hotel fitted the bill. We arrived early evening to a very warm welcome by the receptionist. We had booked 2 rooms and 2 cars for a 5 night stay before our trip to Disneyland Paris (see separate review).

The rooms were spacious and clean and had a TV with Sky sports and tea and coffee making facilities. There were all the usual ironing board and iron, hair dryer and plenty of shower gels etc. we asked for more coffee, tea and milk and also another couple of pillows which were promptly brought to the room.

We didn't actually eat here but there was a very good menu and there were lots of people eating. The reception area had plenty of seating and a very warm and welcoming fire.

We had asked for an early morning call and the person who phoned confirmed our transfer times etc to the airport. For 2 rooms, parking and transfers to the airport for 6 people the cost was £128. The transfer was great, we were dropped right outside the airport departure and on our return we were picked up in the coach park which is about a 5 minute walk from Terminal 2 and the walkway is covered so if it's raining you do not get wet.

All in all would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Room Tip: We asked for interconnecting rooms prior to our stay and although they said they couldn't guaran...

The location is excellent and the staff are all extremely helpful, particularly Laura who makes an extra effort to warmly greet us and ensure that our stay is as comfortable as possible. Check in is generally very quick and the rooms are well equipped.

My husband and I stayed overnight on Sat 29th March, and found this hotel to be great. The reception staff were prompt and efficient at checking us in, which was great as we were tired after a long journey. The supervisor Marcela was very helpful and friendly, making sure that the process was easy and that we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and food was excellent. Overall a great experience, mainly due to super customer service.

Stayed for 3 nights over st patricks weekend. Check-in quick and friendly. Rooms very modern with plenty of space. No noise experienced at all, slept soundly over the 3 nights. Breakfast staff lovely and friendly, plenty of choice and lovely coffee machine for fresh coffee to relax with while reading the papers. Lovely, clean and I mean spotless hotel-we loved sitting in the reception foyer because of its sheer size, lovely artwork, the fire but also because the area seemed to sparkle with the marble floors and grand piano. Dined in the hotel on second night and bar food was enjoyable-main course with pint of beer 15E-very reasonable. Again fast service of cutlery and drinks before food arrived-brilliant! one tiny complaint we had was daughter was charged 2E for two glasses of mi-wadi Ribena!! Games room wasnt a hit with our daughter but she enjoyed the outdoor playground Overall fab relaxing stay and would def return and recommend!!

Room Tip: We stayed on highest floor and it was lovely and quiet

Having visited this fabulous hotel with my girlfriend for the last weekend of march, I must say I got exactly what I expected and more. Checking in was easy and quick with friendly staff (massive reason for this excellent review). The rooms were perfect, tidy, clean and very comfortable. Having booked this on a deal I was expecting a set menu for the dinner but had full choice from the A la carte menu!! Food both nights from the restaurant and bar was delicious.... absolutely no complaints!! Staff of the restaurant and the bar (especially Caroline from the bar staff the second night) were extremely friendly and helpful. Not to mention the breakfasts on both mornings..... Both being last minute due to the few beers the night before we both found to be fresh and fulfilling with a very wide variety of choices to fit anyone's requirements. I really cannot fault anything with this hotel!!! I have stayed in my fair share of hotels but this is the first time I have left a review and is simply because of the excellent standard of service and quality of this hotel. 5 stars in our eyes!!!

We stayed in this hotel after a visit to the theatre and before a sporting event. Our arrival was late and the hotel was busy but we were greeted promptly at reception and checked in efficiently (we were offered a cup of tea and use of a porter - neither was necessary, but nice to be offered)
Our room was very clean and spacious with the usual facilities. The bed was large and very comfortable. We had none of the noise commented on by other guests. A good restful night's sleep set us up for the next day.
Breakfast was the usual buffet with a good selection and well presented. Staff were friendly and prompt in offering tea/coffee and clearing used plates.
Check out was seamless, staff offered help with our onward plans and wished us well for the rest of the day (another nice touch)
We will certainly return and recommend this hotel to friends.

After travelling an hour and a half to get to the hotel we were turned away and not allowed our room due to having no id (which wasn't stated anywhere that we needed it) however there were an elderly couple and a family both in front of us who weren't asked for this id, yet we were because we were younger!! The woman at the desk was ignorant and not at all helpful even though my partner had a photocopy of his id she still couldn't accept it! We even offered to leave a deposit but no! Disgraceful! Won't be back!
