Stayed here for one night in a group of four. As we arrived after 5pm, we needed to contact out of hours staff member. They were very helpful and patient in giving instructions on how to get into the centre.
The room was nice and clean with comfortable beds and good shower. Good value for the price. Kitchen facilities are excellent (although they didn't have a wine bottle opener, hint hint ;) ) and eating area is basic but good.
As we were making dinner we made a fire, complete with turf which was very homely. Unfortunately though two minutes after we had it lit, a local man came in and told us a class was about to start. He was very polite and invited us to join in. If we weren't exhausted after the day's travelling, we probably would have.
The centre is next to Benbulben mountain which is a fantastic sight and I would have liked to stay longer in the Centre to explore the area.
Benwiskin Centre is good value for money, lovely location and very nice staff. I would stay here again and would recommend. Just hope the bottle opener is there next time! :-)
