We stayed at Damali Lavender Farm for a wonderful girls weekend away. The food at breakfast was top notch. The rooms were clean, relaxing and beautifully appointed. The owners were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond the requirements. The Cowichan Valley is defineatly worth a visit. Go.

I had an opportunity to stay at the Damali B&B last week. I attended with my best friends and we celebrated my 50th Birthday. What a fabulous location! We had a great time. Marcia and Dave were very friendly and made us very welcome. They let us know the best places to visit around the Cowichan Valley and answered all of our questions. Their breakfasts were outstanding! I would definitely stay with them again. They made my birthday very special!

We arrived on a dark, very snowy night, to the cheerful warmth of a charming house. Our hosts were welcoming and kind, and made us feel like we were old friends. The suites were well furnished and very clean. Bright rooms with exception attention to detail. The property has a lovely little shop with all the products that are produced from their lavender . We also loved seeing the sheep and meeting two resident pups Chevy and Tequila. It was an amazing experience, and our hosts are fabulous. The breakfasts were such a treat for the tastebuds.
The location was fantastic, as it was close to the wonderful wineries that are found in the Cowichan Valley as well as Cowichan Bay.
Can't say enough about the the whole experience.

We wanted to make our friend Ann"s 50th birthday absolutely amazing and we could not have stayed for a weekend away at a better place ,. Driving up the long driveway in the snow and seeing the lights all lit up and most welcoming was the start of our fantastic stay .We were welcomed so wonderfully by Marsha, Dave ,Alison and Chevy(Their adorable Jack Russell terrier),,,,, Our rooms were inviting ,beautifully and tastefully decorated and the touches to welcome us were so appreciated ,,,The whole house is spectacularly decorated and the extra mile, our hosts Marsha and Dave go to to make this a luxury stay away are evident throughout.
Breakfast is absolutely delectable and Marsha is an amazing cook,,our meals were so beautifully presented and Marsha could write her own cook book ,,,
There is also so much to see and do around Cobble Hill. Damali bed and Breakfast is at a prime location ,,, it is set opposite a golf course & wineries completely surround it ,Cowichan Bay is a lovely place to amble around for the day ,there are amazing hikes to explore and sightseeing galore .
Damali itself is more than interesting as you stay at the lavender farm ,,it looked glorious in the snow ,, seeing it when it is at its peak must be spectacular.
I cannot recommend staying here enough ,,,it is 5 star luxury all the way ,,thank you Marsha ,Dave Alison and Chevy for helping make memories and for being part of making Anns special birthday ,just that .You set the bar for all our bed and breakfast stays.

We stayed in the Lavender Room for two nights during the summer. Amazing - comfortable bed, comfortable home, very friendly owners and staff... a must stay if you're in the area and looking for some adventure. There's lots to do in the area - on the farm there's a shop, tours, etc., and the staff can point you in the direction to visit other neighbouring areas.

Breakfast was AMAZING! Everything was so fresh, delicious... (fresh eggs, meat, breads). I would love to stay there again (and I will when I'm in the area).

Definitely buy some essential oil from the small shop on the farm - you can continue to enjoy the comfort of Damali at your home afterwards.

The accommodation was lovely--brand new comfortable and tasteful rooms in a large country home. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast, with hints of lavendar, on the sunny deck overlooking the lavendar fields and vinyard.
