Very warm welcome from the lovely owner, very big and clean rooms, lovely location and views. Central to all attractions while still managing to be off the beaten track and quiet . They were very accomadating of my one year old son.

It's at the top of a small hill in Kilgetty which is a little bypassed village. There really is a pleasant view across the countryside. The room was spotlessly clean and had a very comfortable double bed. The shower area was functional with good toiletries. I took dinner which was a real treat with some roast lamb and a chocolate pudding to die for. There was a huge residents lounge. Breakfast was seriously good and generous. Service throughout was friendly. I liked it.

What a find - Pleasant View is a very nice place to stay - very comfortable and fabulous breakfasts - real value for money. The hostess is very warm and welcoming and can guide you of where to go out for a meal if not eating at the guest house. However, you will need your own car to get around as it is a bit cut off.

A traditional B&B but with neutral decor (no swirly carpets or loud wallpaper here!) Parking was excellent with effectively a space per room. Cleanliness was superb and the value was very good. The background music is a feature of breakfast - more "Light Programme" than Radio 2 - but its unobtrusive. Breakfast service is only half an hour which was a little limiting but the waitress was very efficient and there was little delay even though she was tending 6 or so tables. Why not 5 star? Well the ensuite had a steeply sloping ceiling so that standing at the loo would be impossible for anyone much over six feet and the hand held shower was very tricky to balance in terms of heat and flow.

My partner and I spent one night at this guesthouse. It was very clean and tidy with attention to detail such as sweets placed on tables outside rooms. The breakfast was freshly cooked and to a high standard with relaxing backgroung music. We had a lovely view from our upstairs window.
The lady of the house was most welcoming and I can understand why many customers return for further visits.
It was ideally situated for visits to Saundersfoot, Tenby and Saint Davids.
Reasonably priced and a very relaxing, enjoyable stay.

Room Tip: The room was very clean and pleasant.
