“Hard hot nights”
Reviewed 23 June 2014

This hotel has really hard beds + doesnt have airconditioning (we only had blower), the room is tiny and you can hear everything from both neighbors and street. I wouldnt go there for the second time. Almost nothing salty for the breakfast (sweet range is far bigger) . The staff is nice and you can have free parking there. Located few steps from cheap beach. It is cheap but be aware that you wont sleep much there.

I stayed here as part of my honeymoon trip to Italy. We were attending MotoGP at Misano so to be fair we didn't spend much time around the hotel. If you are after a beach holiday this hotel would be hard to beat as it is right on the beach front. We were getting the train from Rimini to Misano each day which was either a 10min bus trip from outside the hotel or a 25min walk. There is a few bars and restaurants around the hotel if you don't fancy the hike to town. In all we had a good stay at Hotel Paloma but probably better for beach than for town.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel.
The staff were all very friendly and very helpful.
The location of the hotel is about 3/4 mile from the train station and 1 1/4 from the centre.
We stayed as shops were just closing for the winter.
Breakfast was good, who doesn't like cake for breakfast??!!!
The beach is beautiful and we were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony over looking the beach.
Would reccomend this hotel.
:-)

This hotel looks like small, usual place on the first look.... But it is much much more than that! Rooms are clean, you have everything you need, and I usually carry my pillowcase when I travel somewhere, but I didn't use it this time, because everything is so clean. Food is wonderful, I tried all traditional Italian dishes, and I didn't have to eat anywhere else during my stay. You have more dishes to choose from, and there is something for everybody's taste! From shark meat and, rabbit to soup, pizza and lasagnas, and much more! Hotel is near the beach, and the center of Rimini is not far. Everybody is so polite, most of them speak English, and they are always ready to help, even on unusual things, like that when I had problems with cigarette machine or when me and my boyfriend asked where to buy a padlock to write our names on it in Italian tradition! But, the most important is that you are feeling free and comfortable as at your home!

Our group of 21 40-65-year olds spent two nights here. The hotel was immaculate. Rooms were austere, nothing fancy, but it was right on the beach. No ac, but fans could be checked out. Rooms cooled down in the evenings. We were there the first week of June.

The food was wonderful! Great service in the restaurant. There was a group of 5 "little old ladies" who had been coming to the hotel for 50 years. Hotel had a covered patio right in front. Great place for a drink, to congregate, to view the city life around us. We hiked to historic town center--saw Roman arches, etc. The beach was just a short walk from the hotel. Between the hotel and the beach was a little "restaurant"--had absolutely some of the best pizza I'd ever eaten! A place to rent beach lounge chairs right there, also. Beach not great--protected by some jetties, but fun to sit and wade in. Lifeguards around, so families with children could really appreciate that.

Room Tip: West rooms had balconies to watch the citylife. A little noisy, but we didn't care.

My family stayed at the Paloma in April 2011. Overall experience was positiv, staff was nice. The breakfast was plenty and the location was also nice. During the spring, not all restaurants and shops are open, but it´s a nice walk to the city center. We got a really good deal for the four of us, we only paid € 175 for a five night stay. The room was not the biggest, neither was the bathroom (which only had a fixed showerhead...) but was still good for that price :)

We would recomend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend their money elswhere during their vacation (and not stay at the room to much...)
