This hotel is spacious, has a good restaurant, a large parking lot, is clean and well-appointed - if it wasn't for the busy road it would be worth considering for a longer stay. But this is the case of many hotels on lake Como including more expensive ones - there isn't much space between the water and the mountains to keep roads and hotels well seperated, especially as you have to get to the hotel in the first place, which requires a road. So the length of the stay is limited by your ability to cope with traffic noise.
In the case of this hotel, you are rewarded with excellent value for money, and if you need a break from the noise, take a walk to Rezzonico, a lovely little village just across that noisy road, that is almost exclusively pedestrian, and where the traffic noise soon dies away in the distance.
