A warm welcome on arrival & even a courtesy call enroute as we were running a little late to make sure we were still coming.
Rooms are basic beach type chalets.
A Comfy bed & a good (HOT) shower
There is a good selection at breakfast which was excellent & recommend the tradition sri Lankan if you face curry in the morning.
This accommodation is all about it's location which is brilliant sat on the end of the bay with great views & within a beach stroll of restaurants & bars.

This is not a hotel but more of an average back packers

There is one think you cannot take away from it and it is its location - the view is stunning but.....

On arrival staff were friendly

Shown to our room which was clean but very basic

We did not feel like we could leave our belongings there as rooms could easily be broken into

The road outside is crazy and noisy but you have a beautiful beach the other side

Wifi was slow if not impossible and could only be used if you stood at the bar (which would only serve beer) even though advertised wine etc

If you are looking for a a very basic hotel which has a fantastic view and location then this is for you

Beware the word hotel is over exaggerated - it is the standard of a back packers which there is nothing wrong with

We just expected more from its reviews and what it advertised

We didn’t stay and moved further along the coast and sadly when we tried to give constructive feedback the management didn’t want to hear it

We stayed at Palm Villa for 4 nights. The property is beautiful and has a nice ocean view. The beach is a few steps away and the service is great.

The food was really good too. The breakfast is the same but we didn't mind eating it every day. And the lunch was delicious.

Restaurants and cafes are a walk away. And you get tuk tuks right outside.

One of the best places to stay at in Mirissa. I would definitely come back here.

Tip: The bigger rooms have double beds which is more than sufficient for 5-6 people. So check this before you book.
Also, try to get the ocean facing rooms :)

Location is excellent. Super friendly staff, nice rooms. Fabuleus curry.
We have stayed here on several occasions and have always enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Nearby around the corner is a beach with many restaurants, sunset view and long happy hours. Palm Villa is a very nice place to end your travels.
