Awesome spot with super friendly staff. Popped in once and ended up going back at least once a day for the rest of our stay. Killer food at a reasonable price is the name of the game at this little gem

Great little lunch spot, service was quick by Sri Lankan standards. Food was tasty and very cheap. Milkshakes were yum!

I went there for the third time and on this trip and had been there twice before on my previous trip. The Food still tastes awesome and the servers and the lady that runs the place are very sweet and friendly. I think for a restaraunt with a garden type setting its one of the nicest.

We ordered 2plates of kottu roti, but the amount they given in one plate would suffice for two. It was our 1st kottu experience in Sri Lanka trip and we were in love with Kottu. Specially the mixed kottu was very delicious.
We almost have burnt holes in our pocket visiting the beach restaurants of Mirissa. Finally we discovered this road side restaurant and could save our budget. If you are a budget traveller seeking good taste and ambience does not matter to you, then you must try dewmi roti shop.

Tried to visit on 2 seperate occasions over new year, however unfortunately the restaurant was closed. On our second attempt the owner (sorry i never got her name) invited us back in the evening for some home cooked food.

This was an amazing experience to sample home cooked food and we were made to feel so welcome by the owner and her family. We very much appreciated the hospitality we were shown and thoroughly enjoyed our evening.
