“This is a property you MUST visit. Comfort and relaxation.”

The owners have made a huge effort t make people feel welcome and totally at home. Everything about the cottage is new and comfortable with everything you will need for a stay. The wood-burner is a real asset and the kitchen well-appointed. The area is unspoilt and a perfect place to escape to. This is genuine a cottage that you would do well to book!

“Lovely character cottage”

We have just got back from a 5 night stay at the Old Malthouse. Lovely traditional old cottage with thick walls, beams and sloping floors. Although an old cottage the decoration is all pretty perfect and furnished to a high standard. Well equipped kitchen, with everything you would need. There is a local pub just around the corner, although not your typical 'pub grub' , we are there a couple of times before moving on the The White Horse Inn, about 3/4 miles away, just before Washford. Lovely area with lots of places to visit and would definitely recommend the cottage.
