Description: Flanked by almond trees and swaying palms, guests can kick back and dine at generously-spaced hardwood tables, nestled comfortably under the cool shade of a traditional grass thatched roof, or at the Beach Bar. Relax barefoot, with your toes in the sand and nibble away at our tasty a la carte selection of Caribbean delights such as charcoal-grilled locally caught fish, barbecue chicken with pineapple and coriander rice and Mediterranean-influenced salads. If you are craving a little comfort food, try one of our crispy clay oven pizzas or a juicy Black Angus beef burger, which just may do the trick. During lobster season guests can feast on complimentary fresh lobster from the months of November 1 to April 31. Hang around our live lobster pool and we'll fetch you one for grilling. Goatie's Bar is conveniently located adjacent to the Beach Restaurant and stretches out over the water's edge offering postcard perfect sunset views. The comfy lounge area with low-cushioned sofas and round rattan loungers accented with turquoise pillows, is the perfect place to take in the laid back beach vibe of PSV. Have Bequia pour you one of his signature rum punches made up of Vincentian rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, nutmeg and a few other top secret ingredients. Or sample the locally-brewed Hairoun Beer or perfectly chilled wine from our wine cellar.

“High end restaurant in the middle of paradise”
Reviewed 3 March 2012

We were doing a kitesurf cruise and decided to have fancy dinner and langosta.

We just went to the restaurant and basicaly only another couple was there, so quiet ambiance.

We picked our langosta (beware some are very big so you might get hammered as it is price to the pound). 2.5lbs for two is what you need.

Perfectly cooked, it was awesome.

The pina colada is one of the best i ever had and i am a specialist.

I recommend this place, it was very romantic.

“Beautiful and Remote which comes at a cost”
Reviewed 16 February 2012

Having arrived by charter yacht we were all anticipating a fun night at the new beach side bar and restaurant which looked fantastic, unfortunately bands of showers closed the beachfront so we elected to have dinner in the main restaurant.
Everything about the dinner was terrific starting with very tasty breads, starters of anti pasti and roasted vegetables followed by delicious mains of fish and lamb. The decor and ambiance are top notch along with the service.
The catch was when we sat down we were presented with menus that had no prices and as the old adage goes, if you have to ask the price.....
When the bill arrived it was $525USD for four with a single modest bottle of wine from Chile. As we live in the NYC area it was not a shock but would want the next party to know it's well worth it but expensive.

“Slightly disappointing”
Reviewed 25 November 2011

We visited the resort by yacht to have dinner one night. The staff were charming and keen to show us round their lovely resort, to see some of the rooms and the superb views. Initially we had drinks at the recently built beach bar which is a very pleasant spot - later we returned for dinner in the main restaurant which is very nicely decorated and atmospheric.

It was a 3 course dinner for USD 75 plus tax, gratuities and drink - it ended up as 800+ USD with 2 bottles of wine for the 6 of us. The first course, carpaccio of tuna, and the main course, T Bone steak, were both excellent (amongst others). The steaks were enormous, very tender and flavourful. The desserts were terrible ! Completely inedible ! The chocolate marquise was very disappointing and another dessert with creme anglaise seemed to have been made with a pancake mix.

We ordered 2 bottles of wine which were rather expensive and poor quality. We all knew this might be the case but the menu and setting deserved some wine. The earlier rum punch cocktails had been fine so we should have stuck to them! Wine in the Caribbean always seems to be a disaster.

The staff were excellent - attentive and friendly.
