We used the hotel for a 13 night stay when visiting our family in London. For us, the location was perfect because of its proximity to our son’s house and grandkids’ schools. That said, we were among the first guests in this newly opened hotel, so everything was in tip top condition. The studio room was perfect for the two of us and the length of stay we had. The kitchen is small, but has everything needed. The shower, in particular, was excellent. However, most noteworthy were the staff. I suspect that in the 14 days we were there, we would have met the majority - if not all - of the front office people. Everyone of them was a terrific ambassador for the brand. Friendly, courteous and helpful. We are regular visitors to Chiswick to see our son and his family and this facility will now be our home away from home, commencing in May/June when we will be returning to the UK and this accommodation.

I stayed here for 2 nights after returning to London after 3 months travelling abroad and absolutely loved it. It felt like a home away from home and far removed from the usual non-personal hotel experience with the staff keen to help with anything I needed. The rooms are superb and to be honest I didn’t want to leave. Would highly recommend a stay here!

So many things are impressing me about my stay. For many years I’ve stayed in hotels where you know nothing is recycled. Here I have a recycle bin, I can create my own meals, I even have a bag to go to the supermarket with perfect for solo travelling. Lovely warm welcome as you come in and could arrange an earlier check in. Plenty of space.
