Peregian Court Resort

We stayed here for 2 nights in June. Our apartment was huge for just 2 of us, would have easily accommodated 4 adults. Everything was clean and well equipped. The staff were really friendly and helpful with advice about local amenities and transport.
Peregian Beach Village is about a 5 minute drive or 25 min walk away and for a small place has a great atmosphere, some lovely and lively places to eat and drink.
We walked back along the beach, which was gorgeous and there's great surf if that's your thing.
The hotel is in a great location - easy access to Maroochydore Airport and Noosa and it's only a 45 min drive to Australia Zoo.
If I have one criticism, it's the very high (IMO) cost of wifi access. I don't need or want to be nine all the time, but it's nice to be able to keep in touch with family & friends when I want to and this was prohibitively expensive at the hotel.
Luckily, in the village there's free community wifi so we just used that.
Overall, I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. It's great value for money.

Positive: This resort offers a small number of spacious and comfortable apartments, with fully equipped kitchen, living room, laundry and lovely large balconies. There is a moderate sized and very nice heated pool in the centre of the resort, although it is quite deep and children will need supervision. There is a bbq area and spa pool, although not many other facilities. This resort is a wonderful place for a long stay, especially for people who can make their own fun or are after a relaxing beach and pool holiday. It is about 100 metres from the beach, which is patrolled but has rough surf. It is a good 15 minute walk from the nearest store (Peregian Beach town centre) and a car would be very handy for a stay here. Noosa is fifteen minutes by car or public bus, providing a variety of stores, facilities and tours. There is a large supermarket at Peregian Springs, five minutes drive away. The resort is on a main road but a generally quiet location that is not at all crowded. If you like lots of people and shops - not for you. This is for a quiet beach holiday.
Negative: Very little not to like about this great place, apart from giving it a good report might make it harder to book in the future! WiFi is dreadful - they use a third party provider whose signal is poor and prices are extortionate in this day and age, which is very disappointing. Peregian Beach shopping centre has free Wifi 15 minutes walk away. Note that the units are only serviced if you stay more than ten days, so be prepared to wash your own towels and make your own bed … or not! You are also required to leave the place tidy at the end of your stay - no great hardship! We love this place and will be returning to this great resort again.

This tidy little establishment provides great value for money in terms of suite size, facilities and proximity to beach. If you're seeking a lower cost accommodation for family breaks close to Noosa, Peregian or surrounds, then this might suit you well. Unit 8 was spacious (2 bed/2 bath) and well equipped (micro; full size fridge; oven; washing machine and dryer; outdoor seating etc) and the relatively low cost meant you forgave the patchy dated carpet. Felt private though noise does understandably travel. Site managers were nice and helpful. I'd happily return.

We were pleasantly surprised to find the accommodation very spacious, open and bright. The standard of cleanliness was tops, and the fittings were very comfortable and modern - nothing worn out, and no corners cut.

On the downside, we were disappointed to find no milk for coffee in the fridge, and although Austar TV was available, it was not provided for free. Everything apart from cartoons or trashy television, had to be purchased on top of the tariff. Even SBS1 was not free, so we were disappointed by those things.

There was a notice that we had to take our own trash out to the bin on leaving ... but it took us a couple of minutes to locate the bin. And the notice said we would be charged an extra $100 if the room required any extra cleaning. We could not work out what "extra cleaning" might mean, so we were paranoid about leaving anything that could be construed as "extra" uncleaned.

These might be small issues to most, but when we paid for 2 days, it would have been nice to have milk in the fridge for arrival refreshments, following our long journey to get there, a bit of decent TV and no threats of cleaning charges. Further, this is the first time we have ever been asked to remove our own trash - only one small bag.

The beautiful site experience was a little clouded by these issues, for us, but if this is no big deal for you, I'd say enjoy! ... we did! The location and standards were excellent. It was a lovely stay.
