“Good for a light lunch”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 November 2013 via mobile

I had the goat cheese stack. Layers of grilled aubergine, pumpkin and red pepper with goat cheese and pesto. Very tasty but bun was quite hard - maybe a bit old. Coffee was good. Baked cheese cake was OK.
Pleasant location on the green. Nice buzz of family activity around us on a busy Sunday.

“Generous serves and great service!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 November 2013

My family and friends have eaten here at least 4 times over the last four months. This place is cash only, but there are ATM's nearby. I have had the BLAT, open toast chicken sandwiches and I have always had their thick shakes. They are generous with the ice-cream and not stingy with the chocolate sauce. The lunch menu has a European flair to it with home made wurst hot dogs with sauerkraut. The serves are generous, and service is has always been with a smile. The outdoor seating is in the shade and looks into the central grass and tree quadrant of the open complex. If you are in Peregian Beach for lunch or breakfast stop here!

“Lovely place for coffee or breakfast”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 October 2013

We had a nice cup of coffee here one afternoon and then breakfast on the day we were leaving, it was very good, eggs in a glass was a first for us! Service was good and of course a lovely setting next to the village green, very reminiscent of Spain or France. Highly recommended, and the bread is great!!

“Great lunch place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 July 2013

Professional and cheerful staff serving delicious and healthy food. Quality of the offering is evident in the strong patronage - very busy on a Monday. Don't forget to contemplate the cakes, pastries and pies which reflect the German heritage of this place
Great bread.
