Description: Lovely restaurant, tucked away in the small hamlet of Los Ventorros, COmares. Moorish ruins, stunning views, wonderful food and a welcoming vibe. Many people who come as guests end up buying property in our area. Yes, we are that friendly :) We serve a delicious selection of traditional Spanish dishes, including Secreto Ibérico and paellas every Sunday, and international cuisine including our famous chicken satay and vegetarian rendang! We have many vegetarian options because one of our owners is a vegetarian. We also have our own craft beer, La Cabra Azul. And if you want to stay the night, we even have a studio apartment. See you at Table Mountain!

“PLEASANTLY SURPRISED”
Reviewed 24 August 2014

Being from Cape Town RSA I wanted to see this Table Moountain "imposter" in Spain. While it cannot measure up to the "real" Table Mountain at the southern tip of Africa, a trip to the restaurant was wonderful. It was a warm July afternoon and we sat outside. The staff were so accommodating, pleasant and very professional. The food was excellent and not having done any research prior to our visit we were very pleased. Later in the eveing a troubador and partner entertained us and we spent a great evening dancing in the street befoe heading back to La Vinuela. Definitely a trip highlight!!

“Walk”
Reviewed 20 August 2014

A peaceful walk with good views across the mountains. In spring the route has loads of beautiful wild flowers.

“ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING”
Reviewed 19 August 2014

Just arrived back(16/08/14) from 2 week holiday in Comares. We visited Table Mountain 6 times and to say the food was amazing is an understatement, the Chef must be 1st class trained.
From the starters - we had the tapas, prawns and croquettes, the main- entrecôte, chicken skewers, salmon, beef and rice dish, lamb chops and pork to the desserts cheesecake and chocolate couland (never tasted better anywhere) - all dishes were cooked to perfection and extremely well presented.
Our 12 year old daughter also wanted to keep on returning - her favourite the tapas and desserts.
All the staff were polite, cheerful and very helpful a credit to Table Mountain.
I would not hesitate in recommending Table Mountain to anyone - by far a superior restaurant.
We felt the cost was very reasonable for the quality and service received.
Just to say I have never left feedback for anything or anywhere I have visited but felt this was a must as totally enjoyed the experience.

“Disappointing”
Reviewed 18 August 2014

An absolutely amazing location with breathtaking views. We sat inside for lunch which was nicely decorated and spacious although being an August afternoon we definitely lacked some air-con. The service was pleasant and helpful although not very knowledgeable about the menu. We had the tapas starter, the squid and beef steak for mains with the kids choosing breaded chicken and pork fillet. The tapas were good and unusual, the squid was delicious, however everything else was average. The beef was massive but tough, the chicken was undercooked and returned to the kitchen. The main reason we visited Table Mountain was for its micro-brewery beers. Unfortunately this proved disappointing also. There was only 1 beer available and of that they only had 2 bottles left. Having compared it to other restaurants visited this holiday we found it very expensive (€80) and very disappointing.

“Well worth the trip”
Reviewed 17 August 2014 via mobile

It may be a significant drive up to Comares but it is well worth it. The food is fantastic (I could eat the Saté dish all day long) and the Fish is wonderful, the service is very friendly with knowledge of local produce and a 'not a problem' attitude and the view is delightful as you might expect from its elevation.
I will definitely be returning in the not too distant future.
