Classic stone & wood decor, fitting in with the region. Nice large room, big shower space although the door wouldn't fully close which caused wart to spill everywhere when having a shower. Good bathroom products although not Korres or Apivita... Very helpful girls at reception. Temperamental heating and the wifi was patchy - I was not able to successfully download antivirus updates. The croissants at breakfast were among the best I have had in Greece, close to Gallic perfection fluffy yet crispy. The beds are Cocomat which guarantee a good night's sleep. Would quite happily stay here again...

Talking about the building and the rooms, the hotel is wonderful : clean, warm, arty, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, everything is well picked and carefully chosen. There are important items though that require serious attention in order to name this a 4 star hotel:
1. Service of the staff : UNPROFESSIONAL. Nothing more, nothing less: Impolite, not willing to accommodate guest requests, many mistakes, frowing instead of smiling, not willing to accept their mistakes when it comes to wrong orders, double charges etc...
2. Room details: lamps were missing in the bathroom, there was a light pointing to a piece of art but the art itself was missing...
3. No sitting area at the reception
4. The restaurant offers average quality food at high prices. The service is slow and impolite there as well. There are other options in Vytina or the nearby villages for better food quality and price.

A really nice hotel!
It is a piece of art .There are interesting paintings everywhere in the hotel!
The restaurant has great plates and the whole atmosphere is great!
My only complain is that there are no family rooms. Since we have two kids it was difficult for us to fit in a 3 bed room.
But it is ideal for a weekend escape for a couple!

Very beautiful hotel, very carefully decorated and clean! We booked a room for 2 nights for the New Year's Eve! We had a wonderful time !!! The negative about this hotel is that there is no minibar or a fridge in the room and that the rooms are not soundproof!!! We could hear next doors noises, downstairs noises as our room was beyond the restaurant!!! Otherwise it was a great 2 nights stay!!! And the owners are great!

first time i saw this hotel, yeap thought, that's beautiful, so I booked a room..that was one month ago, through a booking site for the national holiday of 28 October: that is 2 months before the check in date..the very next day, I called the hotel to confirm the booking, to ask for a double bed and a baby cot. everything was ok..and today, when I called to ask if there is a boiler (as I have to prepare baby's food), and by the way I confirmed again the double bed, a lady informed me that "What I ask for cannot be done" as if I ask it in the last minute and not 1 month ago!!! I told her that is not a 4 star hotel behavior, they cannot change what we have agreed for my booking for no reason, they are completely unprofessional!!! I have never seen this kind of behavior never before I got really mad and I had to look all over again for another hotel for my family...completely unacceptable, completely unprofessional!!!

We stayed there for 2 nights and I got only possitive things to say about this unique hotel. First of, the whole hotel is remarkable because of it's attention to detail. Paintings and sculptures perfectly come together with the wood and stone of which the hotel is consisted of! The smell of the wood makes it even nicer and it just makes you feel even closer to nature than you already are! The rooms are reasonably priced for what you get and the decoration is fantastic! Once you enter the room you feel the warmth surrounding you and the beds...oh the beds...are just magnificent! Once you fall into them it's hard to get out! Furthermore, the hotel staff is polite and helpful, maybe not the service the will get in a 5* Hotel but it is something expected in a smaller country side hotel, therefore they are doing a pretty good job! If i'd go there again? Absolutely yes!

Room Tip: All rooms are lovely!
