Simply good. The hotel itself is a little rundown which is inevitable after years of running. However, the service and the location is just excellent. 2 minutes from Shinsaibashi and you can go to the subway station without getting out of the building. Brilliant Japanese food breakfast. Will definitely recommend!
Had to catch an early flight home the next day, hence chose this hotel. Conveniently located within the airport vicinity. A very short walk to the international departure. Rooms were clean, price was fair.
Visit this hotel on May with my husband and 3 children. We booked the Nikko premium twin, very spacious room and clean room. Very nice location, just opposite shopping location and lots of great places to eat around the hotel. I will denitely come back here.
We visited in June/July. Staff was very accommodating of our needs, gave us rooms close together as we were a family of 4- my mom, myself and two kids traveling together. The breakfast buffet was great and the last couple of days there was BioOrganic Japanese Vegetarian Curry. Mike, who worked there in the morning was very attentive and helped us figure out vegan/vegetarian options. Oh at the travel desk was superb in helping us find vegetarian and vegan restaurants, maps, navigate the way. A bit expensive, but worth it for the location and the service.
This beautiful hotel was a wonderful start to our time in Japan! It is walking distance from baggage claim at the Osaka Kansai airport! The room was comfortable with numerous amenities! The staff spoke good English also.
