Our room (916) was the smallest triple we had in our Japanese tour. I think it was an ordinary double. The space increased greatly when we folded the sofa bed up at the end. However Tokyo rooms are never going to be the biggest.
Oddly we found it quite hard to find the hotel even when outside when we first arrived because it doesn't really have a ground floor presence.
The location is truly excellent - in the heart of the Ginza.
Breakfast was very good for westerners like us - perhaps less choice for Asian tastes.
WiFi was very good.
