Try to book this place in the middle of a longish trip to make the most use of the washer/dryer. Otherwise, the amenities are pretty standard business hotel fare, if a bit limited, and cost is somewhat higher due to the location. Fortunately it's also close to other attractions and train/metro lines that allow for an easy escape from Ginza.

I always stay in apartment hotels. In this new hotel there is a kitchen with 2 plates & 2 forks...
The staff is helpless. They mean well but have difficulties in english. The aircondition erratic. It is critical in tokyo!

We stayed here with a total of 9 rooms, and we deeply regret it. The staff keep arguing with us as our reservation and theirs are different, but it turns out that they were wrong, and only make it up by sending us a letter.

Most of the staff does not speak english. No service at all. We all put in different floors that make us difficult as we are bringing our helpers and they stay at different floors that couldnt be accesses due to lift system. I have emailed them far from our arrival, but they just dont care, and finally we got an awful room assignment.

As we added one more night to enjoy Tokyo more, thus we added 1 more night stay, it turns out that they are on different room type, although the price is the same, and they just dont give any thought, and asked us to check out first at 11am, and put on a new room by 3pm. We are travelling with babies, and it was difficult for us to move rooms, and I asked one room to be available to put our luggages, but they say the hotel is fully booked, but it turns out that they are lying, as I checked on one of the OTA, they still have plenty room types available. So it is just so very bad.

The people we met at the front office during checked in and checked out was super rube, and ruining our holiday mood to the max. He just did not care about the guest, and I even shouted to him and telling I am so angry with your treatement, and he just reply Its ok no problem. Bad english and bad service combined.

As we needed to check out that time, they really cut your key by 11am sharp. It cant be used after only 1 minute as we needed to going up and down to the lobby to move our things.

I just dont get it with this hotel, and this hotel is not cheap either, and we even booked 9 rooms in total, but they just didnt care, and keep making a fuss during our check out with super bad attitude during check out asking where is the room key card, which we left in the room, and wasnt informed to bring it back.

So, this was a disaster place for our family holiday, and quite an insult for us to be treated like that as a guest.

Hopefully the person on the front office got fired right away, as he really made a bad impression on people's stay.

This is my first time writing bad comments like this in Trip Advisor as their service is just beyond terrible

Room Tip: Dont even think about it, they will not do anything for you.

The Tokyu Stay Ginza is very conveniently located within walkable distance of a number of shops, great food places , the Kabuki Theater, and even the Tokyo station! We stayed there for 6 nights and would definitely go back there if visiting. The Washing Machine and Microwave facilities were great and the staff friendly and courteous. The check in and check out was a pleasurable experience and the room was comfortable.

I stayed here for 3 days traveling solo. The hotel is really nice, clean, modern, and organized. Yes the room was a bit small but was fine just for me. Two people would be really tight. I bought breakfast every morning which cost 1,500 yen. It was pretty good, nice selection. The hotel staff were very friendly even though they spoke very basic English. The location is very convenient and in a very nice part of Ginza (Tokyo). The Ginza-Higashi subway station is 1/2 block away, the Ginza station is about 7 min walk, and Tokyo station is about a 15 min walk (convenient if you’re planning on taking the Shinkansen (bullet train) to Kyoto)). I would highly recommend this hotel!
