We stayed here for about a week in May 2018. The room was quite small like most Japanese business hotels, but it was comfortable and has a washer/dryer inside the room, which is a great plus for longer stays. Best thing about the hotel is its location, which is very close to Higashi-Ginza station, and walking distance to Ginza, Yurakucho, Tsukiji Market, and other attractions.
The staff was polite, efficient and helpful. Considering that the hotel is quite new, we found the cleanliness somewhat lacking as our room carpet seemed to be not vacuumed properly - there was some lint and wooden/plastic debris next to the bed. We did not try the hotel's food, but a Japanese cafe is enjoined to the lobby, which served some good Japanese tea-themed meals and deserts.
A word of warning about the pillows on the chairs in the room: they can ruin some clothing. We found out too late when we saw marks on the back of our shirts - the pillow's casing material had somehow damaged the shirt fabric so the marks cannot be washed off. Hopefully the hotel would see this and consider changing the pillows :)
Other than the minor issues mentioned above, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel for its great location, or if you think you will need to do lots of laundry during your Tokyo stay!More
