I stayed in Kaisu for six nights and I can say that this accommodation is one of the very best I've ever stayed. The whole hostel ia very clean, very helpful staff, very good location, breakfast included, fast wifi, shampoo/showe gel/conditioner included.
If I go back to Tokyo I will definitely stay there again.

Great location: 5 minutes walk from Akasaka tube station (exit 7 is the closest), with a laundromat basically next door, restaurants nearby and a couple of 'family market' and '7 11' on the way to/from the metro.
Breakfast is basic but nice with bread, butter, jam, honey, eggs, bananas, free water and one free drink of choice as coffee tea or orange juice.
Bunk beds very comfy and spacious with room enough for your basic stuff and a small locker inside the cubicle.
Bathroom is very clean and spacious with complementary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer.

Bunk beds 10 and 9 of the female dorm on the ground floor are very close to the common space so if other guests are rude, inconsiderate or drunk, as the beds are next to the confining wall, the noise might be annoying if you have a light sleep, so bring ear plugs.

Visited Japan in January 2016.
Loved the newness of the hostel, It's extremely trendy. I loved staying here so much i returned for another couple of days at the end of my trip. Akasaka is a great QUIET location. When a hostel has its own coffee shop and bar, what more can you ask for in the colder months?

Room tip: Dorm room was nice, every bed gets it's own light and powerpoint.

i was surprised knowing that it's not really near from Akasaka Metro Station and since i'm a jr pass holder. The neighbourhood was lovely, the interior of hostel feels luxury and lovely. The good part was the bathroom in ladies room was separated from guys bathroom, so i could comfortably taking shower and hairdrying my hair. The bed was quite spacious and comfortable. But the let down was, some guests were being too loud in the lounge, and since ladies room was beside the lounge so the noise was quite a disturbance. The lounge isnt really spacious too. The staffs were ok but not as nice as other hostel staffs i've been to.
