Spent 5 fantastic days with friends at this 'hidden gem'. Like most people was nervous that the villa would not live up to its pics and description, if anything the pics don't do this place justice as its probably the best private villa I have experienced!

Have stayed here several times and absolutely love it.It is on a hill looking down valley to Tsilivi and just a short walk to Zakynthos town.Its down a small made up road and there are just 3 other properties in this secluded site.Perfect place to get away from it all but close to amenities.
Its a great place for all ages and lovely for extended families.
The house is comfortable and very well equipped.

This house is cozy but has plenty of space to relax: great garden with play area and grill pit plus a great view on hills and olives around, nice kitchen with everything you need, big couch and sofas in the living room.
From Villa Eliza you can go and explore the whole island, you can also use Alexandra Beach hotel's facilities and it's a great plus as you can stay away from the fuss of the touristic zone but enjoy it whenever you want.
You probably will need a car for rent but prices are good.

Fabulous villa in a wonderful location. Didn't know what to expect as it was so cheap but wow, what a find.
Very picturesque area but close enough to everything, you can get around by bus and we hired a certain for a couple of days.
Had everything we needed and more, you can tell it was a family home and not purpose built for tourists. Everything was of a great standard.
We went with our children and it was totally see with stair gates and fencing all around the villa. They supplied all equipment and toys too. I would totally recommend this family villa.
