Owner description: A seemingly infinite number of crusted salt formations jut from the "course."

Interesting formations, but I don't see the draw to this location. If you're in to different formations this one is for you. I'd recommend passing if you have limited time.

If visiting Death Valley National Park, the Devil's Golf Course is worth a short visit (10 or 15 minutes). The area consists of rock salt pinnacles several feet high and some nice views of Telescope Peak.

The short drive is unpaved but a very good road, however because of that it might discourage some from taking it, if they don't, they will miss one of the exceptional places in Death Valley. The name gives you no idea what is there and after seeing it you still won't believe miles of salt crystal shapes that are as far across as you can see!

Well I have been in desert few times but this was something different... something I havent seen in my life. Whole place around was like freshly ploved field but dirt is hard as stone and full of salt crystals. Be careful walking in it because if you fall sharp edges and salt will do a lot of pain. Amazing what can nature do ... definetly worth stoping!

I'm not sure I would call it a golf course, but it is a very interesting looking place. I guess the rocks could look like golf balls. Don't miss it.
