The one bed bedrooms are pretty tight. Okay if only one or two people in the room, but I would suggest upgrading to a room with two beds because the room for the money is much bigger.

My son and I stayed in a Colter Bay cabin for 3 nights. We found the cabin to be clean, the beds to be comfortable, and the staff to be very friendly. The service and food at the Ranch House were excellent, and the food selection and quality at the Cafe Court were a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed the picnic area (beautiful views!) and the convenience and size of the Grocery Store (large, bright and clean - just about anything you'd need). Importantly, Colter Bay's location was convenient to hiking in the Tetons. CBV was a great choice for us!

We stayed in one of the historic cabins at Colter Bay Village. Our room was spacious, clean and our heater worked well, a plus given that it was raining and snowing for most of our visit (in JUNE!). Weather aside, we had a great stay. The cabins are situated amongst trees and vegetation and trails accessing the rest of the visitor centre are easy to get to. There are fabulous hiking trails nearby, with lots of opportunities for wildlife spotting, picnic areas on Jackson Lake, a decent grocery, interesting gift shop, good laundromat. What it won't give you is the high end hotel amenities. Go in with the right kind of expectations and you won't be disappointed. Its peaceful, quiet, away from the crowds at Jackson Lake Lodge (which will give you all the hotel amenities) and decently located for exploring the rest of the park. Operated by Grand Teton Lodging Company, the service, pricing and quality of Colter Bay Village lodging and food are better than what you will find anywhere in Yellowstone. the food at John Colter Court was great, far better in terms of flavour, presentation and quality than anything we had at Grant Village or Snow Lodge.

We had a large cabin (833) - perfect for my granddaughter and I. Very quiet, comfortable beds, and lots of room.

We stayed in a one bedroom cabin. The bathroom was small and clean.
The cabin was very romantic, good beds. the staff was very helpfull.
If you have a cabin near the office you have wifi. But you can also go in the office to use internet on your computer.
There is a nice restaurant in Colter Bay Village.
We liked our stay.
