We picked this lounge after looking at the menu but had to leave because our son wasn't 21. We couldn't be seated or served in there and also saw another family with even younger kids turned away. I was not happy but suddenly one of the waitstaff came up to me and said she would be happy to serve us in the lobby outside. We tried to find seating but the place was packed. I'd given up when my husband waved me down from across the room. Less than a minute later, the server appeared and handed us menus, even though we had said we'd let her know when we found a place to sit. She had to have been keeping an eye out for us to be that quick. The food was delicious but the service is what sealed this experience into my restaurant hall of fame. We were at the farthest point possible (in a VAST room) from the Lounge, to be any further we'd be sitting in a gift shop ! She still found us, took our order and brought it. And that is how one employee can turn a HUGE negative experience into a save the day experience. I'm still amazed at her initiative, the Lounge was busy after all. It's not like she was just standing around with nothing to do. My husband had a pulled pork sandwich, my son had a burger and I think I had a hot beef sandwich (I was very sick with bronchitis, sinus and ear infection !!) and I remember it was very tasty and comforting but what I really remember is our server- Sadie !! Go visit her for good food, good value, great views of the Tetons and superior service !
