I liked this place, but it was REALLY crowded. It was a little small to, but very educational. The rangers were friendly, but weren't extremely helpful.

Not as busy according to other visitors as Paradise mainly because the location is more remote.Wonderful trails for all ages and skill level. Wildflowers at there best this time of year. Views spectacular both at location as well as drive to visitor center.

super, super, super busy. Serious headache to park and get to someone at the visitor centre. Go there early, especially on the weekends.

Perhaps one of the most strange, dramatic, beautiful, subtle and scary landscapes in the world is less than 2 hours from my home. Any hike out of Sunrise offers something magical for your memory. I hiked up to 3rd Burroughs Mt. Strenuous but well worth the long trek into thin air. Panoramic views of glaciers, the NW side of the Mountain. On the way up you will see one of the most unique tundra landscapes/gardens in the lower 48.

This is a hike most in-shape people can do with lots of good enough turn-around points. Volunteer rangers are scatter about to help and answer questions. Take lots of water...and there are no restrooms along the way!

Enjoyed the winding drive up. Quite an elevation climb. Hiking trails for moderate hikers and BUGS! Bring your deet! Visitor center informative. Has flushing toilets and gift shop. Telescopes to watch climbers.
