“Great photo op!”

The "hike" was pretty easy, even for us seniors! The view was picture-postcard like. The whole Zion trip was awesome. We had traveled to Sedona several times and felt this was similar, except on steroids!

“Impressive and looks different all the time”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 September 2013

We drove by the Court of the Patriarchs (I would be very interested in the original Native American names for these) several times during our stay and also at different times of the day. The changing light made them look different each time we saw them. Just lovely!

“Amazingly tall!”

We got close to these 3 rocks on our horseback ride. They are huge! It's always neat to hear how different rocks got their names.

“Amazing rock”

Impressive rock formations! There are many towering, sheer cliffs in Zion. These earned names.
You'll see them as you ride the shuttle through Zion.

“Biblical recognition Abraham, Joseph and Isaac”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 31 August 2013

Short hike up a hill gives you the best camera shots. With early Mormon settlers the park has many references to biblical sites.
Zion was choice as the sanctuary or temple to God. Very interesting history
