“Everything you need”
Reviewed 31 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

Our first two, trips to Zion we stayed at a BB outside the park which we loved but now was longer owned by the same couple. This location was about 25 min further but the drive in was gorgeous. This property had everything you need for a comfortable stay after long days of hiking beautiful Zion.. We would definitely choose this location again.

“This was an amazing trip”

I was very impressed with the vacation rental. From booking it to checking out. Carolyn and Rich was extremely nice and helpful with our trip to Utah. They allowed us to check in early with made it very convenient to get our day started. On the way we got lost in another city and Rich stayed on the phone with us until we found it. Then he called back to make sure all was well. Very good customer service! The house looked amazing! It was just like the pictures and the description stated it was. Very clean very spacious and made us feel like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. The kitchen had everything we needed even had pancakes available for us. Extra towels and linen were at our disposal. The living room area had family games that was very thoughtful for people travelling with children. My children really enjoyed the swing hanging from the tree out front. I found the rooster to be a bonus for us. It reminded me of my childhood waking up to the rooster crowing. The only I would change is to have tv's in the bedrooms. There was only one tv in the living room. Which may not be a bad idea because it forced my teenagers to come together as a family and play games. I will definitely stay here again when we come to Utah. Great place great people.

“Great Rental Home Halfway between St. George and Zions”

We stayed two nights and had a great time. There was plenty of room for my wife and I and our 4 kids. There were three bedrooms - two with queen size beds and one with two twins (which my 18 and 20 year old boys loved). My 10 and 14 year old girls fit perfect in the queen size room. The Ruko player was great, although we did not spend much time there. The location was great as we spend time in St. George and Zions. We were 30 minutes from both.

“Clean and comfortable house.”

Myself, my husband and my two adult sons stayed in the house. We chose this house because of it's proximity to Zion National Park, the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and price per night. We were more than happy with the accommodations.
All of the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, the kitchen was clean and all of the appliances functioned well, including the central AC which was a necessity in the 90+ degree heat!.
The house was tastefully decorated in light colors and had a welcome feel to it.
We were happy with it's location. It's about 25 minutes from Zion National Park, close to a few supermarkets and several restaurants. There's even a Walmart Super Center about 7 miles away.
The reservation process was easy. The owners were true to their word regarding price and providing entry instructions and directions. The owners even provided pancake mix and syrup for breakfast! We thought that was a nice touch.

“Hidden Gem for Grown Family at Amazing Price”
Reviewed 9 August 2015 for a stay in July 2015

This comfortable home was a lovely gem hidden in the rough. Appreciated the three separate bedrooms, once with twin beds for grown brothers to share. Should be sure to advertise the massaging beds in that room, which were not discovered until the morning of departure (boo hoo)! Loved the space in the living room to for all five adults in our party to connect at the end of a long day at Zion. Pancake breakfast in the morning was made easy with fixings already available in the house. Enjoyed the patio table outside under overhang to allow outdoor comfort before sunset. Others have commented on the neighborhood being average, which it is, but the house itself, its proximity to the grocery store and comfort, particularly at the price, far outweighed any issues for the neighborhood. Felt safe, and were very comfortable for 5 grown adults.

“Excellent Accommodation!”

The property owners were very considerate and quick to respond to my inquiry about the property, in addition to very helpful in answering my specific questions about the area.

The property had every amenity needed for a multi-night stay. The kitchen was complete and very functional. We cooked all 5 nights of our stay and had everything we needed. The propane grill worked great. The outdoor patio furniture allowed for outdoor dining.
All of the furniture including the beds and linens were new and tastefully decorated.

The property location was an easy 25 minute drive to Zion National Park, and the owners provided maps and suggested hikes for all skill levels in the area. There were board games and puzzles under the coffee table that we enjoyed using, too. There is a very nice grocery store just a couple blocks from the house that allowed us to stock up on all supplies we needed for the house.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! I highly recommend it!
